Dr. Antonio M. Diaz, Jr. M.D

Is a well stablished and highly skilled Board Certified Physician with over 35 years of experience in Family Practice and Occupational Medicine. He is well regarded in the Brownsville and Rio Grande Valley community, earning numerous awards for his quality and patient centered care. Awarded Readers Choice Family Doctor of the year in 2012, 2014, 2017 and 2018. He is a compassionate doctor dedicated to the care of his patients.

Clara Salazar PA.

Clara Salazar has been a Physician Assistant since 2006. She has lived in Brownsville Texas more than 30 years. Mrs. Salazar completed her Biology Degree at the University of Texas in Brownsville and Physician Assistant Degree at Pan American University in Edinburg Texas.  She has 3 children, is family oriented and she is an avid football fan, cross country, track and field fan.  She enjoys outdoor cooking with her husband like grilling steaks and smoking brisket for family and friends.

Mrs. Salazar expertise is in Family Practice, Occupational Medicine and Emergency Medicine.  Her focus is on preventive medicine, pediatrics, wellness exams, a variety of chronic conditions like Hypertension, Diabetes, High Cholesterol and many more.  Additionally, she has worked in Houston Texas at the Doctors Occupational Clinic, Deer Park Occupational Medicine and Express Occupational in Brownsville, Texas. She has performed pre-employment physicals, police academy physicals, traveler’s physicals, immigration physicals, compliance physicals such as DOT, and OSHA physicals as well as work related injuries like workers compensation. Lastly, her experience working in the emergency setting as a Physician Assistant at Ben Taub Hospital a level one trauma center in Houston Texas and as a Paramedic at UTRGV has earned her the confidence to promptly assess and treat emergency conditions.

Alberto S. Guajardo PA-C

Board Certified PA-C moved to Brownsville, Texas 6 years ago. He attended The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley where he was granted the Master’s in Physician Assistant. Alberto has ample experience in Family Practice and Preventive care and under Doctor Diaz one to one training. He is dedicated to Occupational Medicine, work prevention medicine, work injury treatment, work physicals, DOT physical examination, drug screening, company related physical exams, immigration physicals.

Alberto enjoys the outdoors in Brownsville and South Padre Island, loves all sports and history. He will to continue providing patient centered health care to every patient he encounters.
